Putting employee experience first

Employee experience is central to our HR policy. At GROUPE ATLANTIC, we place listening and engagement at the heart of our approach, both in France and internationally.

Every four years, we conduct an internal survey across all our sites and in all Group languages, with a participation rate of over 80%. This survey helps us assess key aspects of the employee experience, including the working environment, management relationships, career prospects, compensation, quality of life at work and confidence in the Group’s future.

This approach helps us take the pulse of the company, identify our strengths and areas for improvement, and implement concrete actions close to our teams. It supports a mindset of continuous improvement, in line with the values that bring us together: trust, autonomy, mutual support and long-term commitment.

Work-life balance and well-being

Examples of initiatives include:

• In 2025, our Meyzieu site introduced lud’Acta, a welcoming space where employees can take a break.
• Our Vinay site offers Zen workshops and has introduced warm-up exercises in production workshops.
• Across several sites, the Group organized a dedicated Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week, featuring webinars, training sessions, awareness workshops and a collective challenge.
