Diversity, equality and inclusion: taking concrete action
Beyond its commitments, GROUPE ATLANTIC takes concrete action to advance gender equality, encourage gender diversity in the workforce, raise awareness about everyday sexism, and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities.
Advancing gender equality
GROUPE ATLANTIC is working to promote workplace equality and increase gender diversity in technical and industrial fields. We also aim to help women advance to leadership positions.
In practice, these commitments translate into concrete actions on the ground. In France, we rely in particular on specific agreements, assessments, and practical tools. These initiatives support our teams in several areas: workplace equality, parenting, psychosocial risks, and harassment prevention.
Internationally, GROUPE ATLANTIC also supports several initiatives to promote gender diversity in the industry. In the United Kingdom, for example, the WIMe—Women into Manufacturing and Engineering—event brought together more than 800 people. Its goal: to promote opportunities in manufacturing and engineering among women. In Austria, meanwhile, Girls’ Day gives young women the chance to experience daily life at a production facility.
In addition, we highlight the career paths of our female engineers and technicians. These profiles raise awareness of the career opportunities available in the industry. In this way, they help inspire new careers.

Diversity, equality and inclusion
Gender equality is also built through everyday behaviors. That is why we are launching an awareness campaign in France to address everyday sexism.
This campaign helps teams better recognize certain situations. These may include, for example, comments, stereotypes, jokes, or attitudes that are sometimes dismissed as harmless.
It also aims to foster dialogue. It provides concrete guidelines and highlights the impact of such behaviors. Indeed, they can affect the individuals involved, collective trust, and workplace well-being.
Through this approach, GROUPE ATLANTIC is strengthening a shared culture based on respect, active listening, and individual responsibility.

Taking action to support people with disabilities
GROUPE ATLANTIC is also working to change perceptions of disability and promote inclusion in the workplace.
In France, we will employ 280 full-time equivalents with disabilities by 2025. This represents an employment rate of 5.85%, up from 2024.
Since 2020, the Handi-Accueil Committee has been bringing together disability liaisons at various sites. This initiative has resulted in a number of concrete actions, including: assistance with the RQTH application process, workplace accommodations, raising awareness about visible and invisible disabilities, participation in Duo Day, and partnerships with specialized organizations.

Our partnership with Tremplin Handicap, which has been in place for three years, is a prime example of this. In 2026, employees from GROUPE ATLANTIC and six young people from the organization participated in the French Solidarity Hackathon Championship, organized by Big Bloom.
Their project, “PIN’s ta vie,” was designed to encourage social interaction and combat social isolation. It won an award at the finals.

This initiative demonstrates our commitment to making a difference beyond the confines of our company. It helps create meaningful, practical experiences that support the professional integration of young people with disabilities.
A common framework with our code of ethics
These actions are in line with our Code of Ethics, which outlines GROUPE ATLANTIC’s shared principles regarding respect, equal treatment, diversity, and inclusion.
It establishes a shared framework to guide our daily behavior. It helps foster a work culture based on fairness, active listening, and accountability.
