A useful and step-by-step approach to AI

Within GROUPE ATLANTIC, Artificial Intelligence is being developed as a tool to support business units and teams. It helps to streamline certain analyses, save time on repetitive tasks and support day-to-day operations.

Its roll-out is part of a phased approach, underpinned by human expertise, data management and respect for confidentiality.

As part of this process, the Group relies on an AI & Data department, which is responsible for identifying relevant applications, structuring useful data and supporting business units in integrating these tools.

Practical applications in our business

Industry: anticipating certain maintenance needs, helping to identify discrepancies or non-conformities, and making better use of data from equipment and processes.

Retail: preparing certain initiatives more effectively, organising the available information and providing teams with useful summaries.

Customer service and after-sales support: guiding the analysis of certain enquiries and facilitating access to databases to provide customers with faster support.

Support functions: assisting with market analysis, monitoring, information gathering and the production of summary reports.

Supporting safe and informed use of AI

Within GROUPE ATLANTIC, the development of Artificial Intelligence is accompanied by a genuine effort to familiarise teams with the technology. Training and awareness-raising enable everyone to understand the benefits of these tools, their limitations and the best practices to adopt in a professional environment.

To take this a step further, internal tools are made available to enable staff to experiment with these uses in a controlled environment. These practices form part of a framework of trust that ensures the responsible and secure use of data.
