GROUPE ATLANTIC has been named a Top Employer France 2025!

Once again this year, GROUPE ATLANTIC has had its Top Employer France certification renewed. This designation, awarded by the independent organization Top Employer Institute, recognizes the quality of working conditions and the support provided to employees throughout their careers with the Group.

A comprehensive analysis of our human resources management

Onboarding, training and skills development, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, corporate culture… In 2025, the Top Employer Institute conducted a detailed analysis of more than 400 of our HR practices.

A testament to our strength and long-term commitment, the Top Employer certification is also a historic achievement, as our Group has already received this distinction 16 times!
