Responsible governance
At GROUPE ATLANTIC, we drive our commitments forward with a strong conviction: every decision must make a lasting contribution to the Group’s performance, our teams’ well-being and the reduction of our environmental impact.
This shared responsibility guides our choices and translates into concrete action on safety, well-being, diversity, skills development and employee engagement. It enables everyone to contribute, at their own level, to transforming our business activities towards more efficient products and services, more responsible usage and a reduced footprint.
Governance
Listening to our employees
Listening to our teams is essential to strengthening our collective momentum, both in France and internationally.
Every four years, we conduct an internal survey in 21 countries and 15 languages to better understand employees’ day-to-day experience: quality of life at work, management relationships, career development opportunities, recognition and confidence in the Group’s future.
With an 84% participation rate, this approach supports transparent dialogue and helps identify expectations, strengths and areas for improvement, so that we can adapt our actions to the realities on the ground.
Careers
Skills development
Giving everyone the means to grow is essential to supporting the transformation of our business activities and preparing GROUPE ATLANTIC for the future.
We encourage continuous learning, internal mobility and knowledge sharing to strengthen our collective expertise, support employability and open up career development opportunities within the Group.
This momentum is supported by long-term investment in training: in France, in 2025, 3.42% of payroll was dedicated to skills development.
Training and Development
Diversity, equality and inclusion
The diversity of cultures, backgrounds, generations and professions strengthens our ability to innovate, cooperate and bring to life an open and inclusive corporate culture.
We take action to create an equitable working environment where everyone can find their place and fully contribute to the collective. This ambition is reflected in our HR, management and industrial practices, with particular attention paid to gender diversity, gender equality in the workplace, the inclusion of people with disabilities, and intergenerational and cultural diversity.
Diversity, equality, and inclusion
Health, safety and well-being at work
The health and safety of our teams are at the heart of our priorities. We take action to guarantee safe and healthy working environments, while developing a shared culture of prevention.
Every employee plays an active role in their own safety and that of others, through information, training, compliance with rules and reporting any situation that may involve risk.
This approach is part of a continuous improvement mindset, with a clear objective: to reduce the workplace accident frequency rate to below 8 across all our sites by 2028.
