Recruitment and onboarding

Deux personnes qui se serrent la main en entretien d'embauche

Our 4-step recruitment process

Permanent contracts, fixed-term contracts, apprenticeships, internships or spontaneous applications: discover our opportunities.

Apply easily and follow a clear process designed with you in mind. At GROUPE ATLANTIC, we are committed to offering you a transparent, responsive candidate experience, with constructive feedback at every stage.

We look forward to getting to know you.

  • Initial phone conversation

This first phone conversation allows us to learn more about your background, understand your motivations and expectations, and answer your initial questions.

  • Meeting with your future manager and HR

During this interview, you will learn more about your future team, its working environment and the responsibilities of the role, helping you picture yourself clearly in your future position.

  • Personalised assessment

We will offer you an assessment related to the role to evaluate how well your profile matches the soft skills required.

A discussion with one of our consultants will then give you the opportunity to review your results and talk about your motivation.

  • Transparent feedback

We are committed to providing clear and transparent feedback as soon as possible, whatever the outcome of the process.

Onboarding

A tailored onboarding experience to help you take your first steps with confidence

We believe that successful onboarding is the key to starting a new role with confidence and building a lasting relationship. From the moment you arrive, you will benefit from a personalised onboarding journey designed to support you at every stage of your first steps within our teams.

The programme includes discovering the Group, immersing yourself in your site, meeting your colleagues and partners, understanding your working environment and receiving support as you take on your responsibilities. Our objective is simple: to help you quickly find your place, build trusting relationships with your team and thrive from your very first days.
