Since 2018, GROUPE ATLANTIC has offered a dedicated onboarding and development pathway for young graduates.

This tailored two-year programme provides ongoing support and guidance through a wide range of initiatives, including training, site visits and experience-sharing opportunities. It helps our young talent understand the Group’s challenges, develop new behavioural skills, build their professional network and unlock their full potential.

Fresh out of university, and already settled in!

Since its launch, more than 270 young graduates from different Group sites in France and internationally have benefited from the programme.
