Accessible training for everyone

Skills development is therefore central to our HR policy.
Thanks to digital learning, which has been widely deployed across the Group, our employees have access to numerous training modules available in several languages.
In 2025, more than 2,400 employees completed online training on a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, intercultural awareness, quality of life at work, and dedicated business academies covering purchasing, supply chain, sales and industrial excellence.
