In both fields of activity, the company is active on the export markets serving more than 80 different countries in CIS, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Erensan currently employs 300 people in İstanbul, Yozgat and Ankara. All production processes in our factory are in-line with the international standards. We implement philosophy of lean manuracturing and 5S. The safety of our employees is the key point for us.

To support our development, we are looking for a Plant Manager to join our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your general mission is to set up and manage a manufacturing plant with all safety rules, and too ensure the effective deployment of the Group’s continuous improvement approach, in particular customer satisfaction :
Ensure safety for all employees.
Manage risk assessment.
Implement industrial and commercial strategies
Define and allocate the appropriate resources (investment, headcount…)
Products: to validate the industrialization choices (upstream with the R&D team)
Manage all departments of the plant ( Production, Process, Maintenance,Industralization, Quality, Planning, Safety, Continuous Improvement )
Coordinate the continuous improvement approach
Monitor and follow up the action plans set up
Foster communication in the plant, share the objectives
Negotiate with employees’ representative
Control of compliance with rules and regulation in effect
Assisting Purchasing manager in the key supplier’s negotiations
Monitoring and improvement of Key Indicators: Safety for the people and the environment, Ergonomics and good work flow for people and job, Quality for the product and/or the environment, Method time and cycle and flow, Timing of the startup to production + timing of the delivery, Total Investment budget
Being able to work as a team player: good communication with different departments.
Use of suitable methodology to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Global organization, culture and tools
Basic knowledge about mechanical design, machinery elements.
Planning knowledge.
Technical drawing knowledge
Management of the project with the Groupe Atlantic method
Strong organizing skills, spirit of consultation and consensus
Accurate in technical solution,
Research in the details
Strong synthesizing skills to give information Languages: Fluent English (and French is a plus)
