VOTRE CHALLENGE
Vous définissez et mettez en œuvre les moyens industriels (équipements, outillages, process, procédés, ressources humaines) pour assurer la production de nos futurs produits selon nos objectifs de sécurité, qualité, coût et productivité.

- Influer sur la conception de nos produits afin d'optimiser et garantir la faisabilité produit-process.
- Définir les moyens de production nécessaires à la gamme de produits (nouveau produit ou amélioration).
- Réaliser l'étude de faisabilité, le cahier des charges, la négociation, l'achat des équipements et leur rentabilité.
- Animer les réunions projets en coordination avec le chef de projet produit.
- Accompagner la mise en œuvre des nouveaux moyens lors des préséries.

VOUS ETES LE CANDIDAT IDEAL SI
- Vous êtes de formation ingénieur enrichie par 4 années d'expérience en industrie sur des lignes semi-automatisées.
- Vous avez de solides bases en mécanique, hydraulique, électricité, automatismes…
- Vous avez des connaissances en Lean Manufacturing, flux industriels, gestion de projets.
- Vous maîtrisez MS Project (ou équivalent) et maniez Autocad, SolidWorks.
- Votre anglais (oral et écrit) est opérationnel.
- Vous savez planifier vos activités, agir avec méthode et discernement.

Intégré à une équipe projet, vous collaborez avec les chargés d'études industrialisation, le BE, la production… et êtes à même d'apporter une vision globale pour proposer des orientations ou solutions innovantes.

YOUR CHALLENGE
You will define and implement the industrial means (equipment, tools, processes, human resources) to ensure the production of our future products according to our safety, quality, cost and productivity objectives.

- Influence the design of our products in order to optimize and guarantee the product-process feasibility.
- Define the production means necessary for the product line (new product or improvement).
- Carry out the feasibility study, the specifications, the negotiation, the purchase of the equipment and their profitability.
- Lead project meetings in coordination with the product project manager.
- Accompany the implementation of new equipment during pre-production.

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF
- You have an engineering background with 4 years experience in industry on semi-automated lines.
- You have a solid grounding in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, automation...
- You have knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, industrial flows, project management.
- You master MS Project (or equivalent) and are familiar with Autocad and SolidWorks.
- Your English (oral and written) is operational.
- You know how to plan your activities, act with method and discernment.

Our sites in Merville and Billy-Berclau - France (approximately 700 people spread over 2 sites near Lille) are specialized in the design/production of domestic boilers and heat pumps.
As a member of a project team, you will work with the industrial design managers, the engineering department and the production department, and you will be able to provide a global vision in order to propose innovative orientations or solutions.
