VOTRE CHALLENGE
Vous prenez en charge le pilotage de projets d'évolution et/ou de développement de nos gammes de produits (systèmes hybrides / pompes à chaleur), de la phase d'opportunité jusqu'à la commercialisation dans le respect de la méthode projet.

- Participer à l'analyse et à l'expression du besoin en collaboration avec le marketing.
- Constituer votre équipe de contributeurs/experts (BE, qualité, achats, production…) pour la conception des produits ou accessoires associés.
- Construire le planning projet et en respecter les délais.
- Animer fonctionnellement les activités/missions des équipes jusqu'à la clôture des projets.
- Garantir le budget projet, le coût direct produit et assurer l'analyse de risque.

VOUS ETES LE CANDIDAT IDEAL SI
- Vous êtes de formation ingénieur enrichie par, a minima, 5 années d'expérience en développement technique et/ou conduite de projet.
- Vous justifiez de solides acquis en conception mécanique, thermique, hydraulique, ENR.
- Vous maîtrisez le pack Office et un outil type MS Project
- Vous pratiquez un anglais professionnel courant.
- Votre sens de l'organisation/anticipation associé à votre rigueur technique vous permettent de piloter plusieurs projets en simultané.
- Vous gérez avec brio une multiplicité d'interlocuteurs (internes ou externes) grâce à votre proactivité relationnelle et mode de communication.

- Nos sites de Merville et Billy-Berclau (environ 700 personnes réparties sur 2 sites à proximité de Lille) sont spécialisés dans la conception/production de chaudières et pompes à chaleur domestiques.
- Dans un contexte d'élargissement du portefeuille produits et marchés, en France et à l'international, vous venez renforcer une équipe de 9 personnes.
Votre fonction nécessite des déplacements réguliers.

YOUR CHALLENGE
You will be in charge of managing evolution and/or development projects for our product ranges (hybrid systems / heat pumps), from the opportunity phase to marketing, in compliance with the project method.

- Participate in the analysis and expression of the need in collaboration with marketing.
- Build your team of contributors/experts (design office, quality, purchasing, production...) for the design of products or associated accessories.
- Build the project schedule and respect the deadlines.
- Functionally animate the activities/missions of the teams until the closing of the projects.
- Guarantee the project budget, the direct product cost and ensure the risk analysis.

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF
- You have an engineering background with at least 5 years of experience in technical development and/or project management.
- You have a solid background in mechanical, thermal, hydraulic and renewable energy design.
- You master the Office pack and a tool such as MS Project
- You are fluent in English.
- Your sense of organization/anticipation combined with your technical rigor allow you to manage several projects simultaneously.
- You manage with brilliance a multiplicity of interlocutors (internal or external) thanks to your relational proactivity and communication mode.

Our sites in Merville and Billy-Berclau (approximately 700 people spread over 2 sites near Lille) are specialized in the design/production of domestic boilers and heat pumps.
In the context of an expanding product and market portfolio, both in France and internationally, you will strengthen a team of 9 people.
Your position requires regular travel.
