Our site of Rayong in Thailand, SAWHA, is a joint venture of SNC and Groupe Atlantic. It is specialized in the design and production of electric water heaters, has 80 employees and numerous development projects.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Senior Quality Project Engineer (M/W).

As a Quality expert in product development, and reporting to the R&D department, you will participate in improving the quality of products / projects / processes. You will assure the safety, reliability and product quality in the development of products as well as in modifications & variants.
In this context, your missions will be to:

  • Perform risk and critical cause analysis (Risk analysis, FMEA, fault tree, etc.);
  • Define & follow-up product validation plans and check the consistency of the results in relation to the risks;
  • Guarantee the treatment of Product / Process risks and critical cause analysis in the project & SOP phases;
  • Capitalize the analyses for future projects for a virtuous circle;
  • Assure that the objectives and milestones of the safety & quality are validated
  • Stand as an expert and guarantor in methodology of projects and deploy the reliability culture within your site, while maintaining a strong network within the Group’s quality project community
  • Lead trainings on your expertise locally, and in line with the Group standards of project quality

What you need to join:
Education and Experience
  • Engineer degree in mechanics
  • Successful experience (min 5 years) in quality or product development in medium or large series industry
  • Experience in an international environment will be a plus
  • Fluent in English (Thai and/or French is an asset)
  • Strong technical background and knowledge of risk analysis tools : FMEA
  • Knowledge of test facilities and processes
  • Field orientation : motivation to spend time in workshop and work closely with operational teams on technical issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to evolve in a multicultural environment and communicate with local teams, group teams and customers
