HR Business Partner

Today the Group is looking for a HR Business Partner for its Site of İzmir (Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir) specialized in towel dryers production who will join a young multi-cultural team and willing to work in an international and human oriented environment !
Mission
Contribute to develop & deployment of HR policies with respect to labor law, Group’s HR policies & strategies. Coordinate HR processes to improve working environment & employer branding.
Reporting to Human Resources Manager, the position will be in charge of:
-Coordination and consultancy of recruitment process for workers& support teams as well as interns& part-time students
-Coordination of training process from identifying training needs to analyze training efficiency
-Contribution of individual and organizational development
-Coordination and involvement of corporate communication activities in both local and international scope
Profile
-Bachelor's Degree in relevant departments
-4 years experience, preferably in production environment
-Recruitment background is a must
-Very good command in English (Only applications in English are accepted)
