This designation, awarded by the independent organization Top Employer Institute, recognizes the quality of working conditions and the support provided to employees throughout their careers with the Group. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A comprehensive analysis of our human resources management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onboarding, training and skills development, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits, corporate culture\u2026 In 2025, the Top Employer Institute conducted a detailed analysis of more than 400 of our HR practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A testament to our strength and long-term commitment, the Top Employer certification is also a historic achievement, as our Group has already received this distinction 16 times!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Significant progress over the years<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn addition to benchmarking ourselves against HR best practices, this survey also helps us identify our strengths and areas for improvement, enabling us to continue striving for excellence. \u201cCongratulations to everyone who has contributed to the development of our HR policy!\u201d said V\u00e9ronique PIN, Director of Recruitment and HR Communications at ATLANTIC GROUP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Top Employer, in which HR areas did our Group make the most progress in 2024?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ethics and Integrity: +15.38% (adherence to ethical principles, transparency and honesty, compliance, and accountability)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership: +11.25% (leadership support, job standards, training programs, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work environment: +9.52% (work-life balance, remote work, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital HR: +7.5% (use of technology in human resources to ensure an optimal employee experience)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable Development: +4.19% (initiatives promoting environmental, social, and societal sustainability)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: +3.87% (an inclusive and equitable work environment for all employees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested in joining a company recognized as a Top Employer France?
