We believe that the quality of our initial interactions contributes to a successful hire within the company, so we follow a number of steps when hiring our future employees.
1. Application review
In response to a job listing on our site, the manager carefully studies your application.
2. Preselection Interview with the Manager
After a first round of selections based on CV, you are contacted to confirm your profile, your skills, and the criteria required for the position. If this is successful, you are then invited to selection interviews.
3. Selection Interviews with the Manager and Human Resources
This is where the interview process truly begins! The Manager assesses your technical skills.You then meet the site’s Human Resources Manager and an Internal Consultant for an additional interview (with personality and logic tests).
4. Final Response
This is led by the Manager responsible for the hire, after consultation with the Human Resources team and the Consultant.
